Not so long ago (14th August 2014) I penned a brief blog post about a new (at the time) website called brisbanebeer.com
It’s a bloody good resource and I was – and still very much am – happy to promote it. If you’re new to craft beer and new to Brisbane then it really should be your bible. If you consider yourself a seasoned pro or at the very least somebody that thinks they know their way around Brisbane’s good beer hot spots, then maybe treat brisbanebeer.com as a manual or a reference book. With the amount of new bars popping up around town, you’ll find the site is regularly updated to reflect these new additions.
There’s an element to the site that is extremely niche. At your fingertips is a ridiculously handy map showing exactly where to find good beer. These havens include breweries, bars and bottle shops.
With excitement for this year’s Brewsvegas already reaching fever pitch, Sam (the brains behind said website) has taken his creativity up a notch.
He has devised an interactive Brewsvegas map plotting every venue involved in proceedings. Not only that…every event is listed too! It provides an at-a-glance view of Brewsvegas and all of its glorious heartbeats from a geographical perspective.

I’m sure you’ll agree this could prove extremely useful leading up to 21st March as well as during the subsequent week of festivities.
Nice one Sam!
