Anybody that indulges in food at Tippler’s Tap or Tomahawk will always walk away with a smile on their face. In the early days at both venues, Ali Orchard was responsible for the menus and the creations within.
Ali is amongst a small yet amazingly talented group of chefs in Brisbane that possess a rare flair…they are able to match their recipes perfectly with beer.
Ali has outshone herself at degustations and enhanced many a drab menu. The self-proclaimed ‘Beer Chef’ is currently responsible for all things food at the soon-to-be-open (hurry up!!!) Pumpyard Bar & Brewery in Ipswich. She also has a Kickstarter campaign on the go for her Sunbury St Cooking School project.
Sunbury St is a pop-up kitchen and cooking school which Ali aims to take on the road educating people along the way about the endless possibilities of pairing culinary delights with great beer.
